To help make this festival a success, we kindly ask for volunteers or donations. Many hours are needed for planning, preparing food, and promoting. Please attend a festival meeting to see where you may contribute. Check the weekly bulletin for scheduled planning meetings in the Spring. We need most help with:

  • Planning – new ideas are always welcome
  • Setting up and tearing down the festival
  • Donating Raffle Baskets
  • Preparing food
  • Working at the food booths
  • Selling tickets
  • Working Children’s Games
  • Working Games of Chance
  • Donating Baked Goods
